Here's Janine with her friend Grace modeling their new hats. The occasion was a bridal shower for a girl who used to babysit the kids. We know the family through church.
The mother of the bride had a mother/daughter shower and supplied hats and artificial flowers as an activity. The kids then decorated their own hats using a glue gun to attach the flowers. That's one kids activity idea to write down and save for later use.
A good time was had by all. As you can see out the window, it was a cloudy, rainy day but sunny inside.
