Janine's Birthday

Yesterday was Janine's birthday and we all celebrated with our traditional birthday pie. Her request was peach/blueberry and it tasted great. I think partly because we ate the pie about two hours after it came out of the oven. It was just enough time to cool, but still taste fresh.

As you can see from the video Janine wanted to make a separate wish for each candle. Then all decorum broke down. Sarah as the oldest is the rule keeper saying, "you can't do that!" John as the brother in between started blowing out the other candles! But it was all in fun and we all dug in after that.
